Product images and descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability; however, slight variations may occur due to the natural texture and quality of raw hair.

2. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed through our secure checkout. By placing an order, you guarantee that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are only processed if an error occurs on our end (e.g., wrong product or sizing). Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. No refunds will be issued for items that have been altered, used, or removed from original packaging.

4. Shipping
Shipping timelines vary by product type:

  • Ready-to-wear units & bundles: 1–7 business days

  • Custom units: 2–3 days processing, 1–10 business days shipping

Tracking information will be provided once the order ships. SLK Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external circumstances beyond our control.
